1) Registration procedures
The 5th Nikkei Asian Conference on Communicable Diseases is free of charge. Registration is required to attend the conference. Please send this online form after choosing which breakout sessions you will attend and filling in all of the required information on the application form. Anyone arriving at the venue without completing registration will not be admitted.
Registration will be closed at 9:30am on January 15th(Mon.), 2018.
2) Registration confirmation email
After you complete online registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address from the system automatically. If you have not received it within 24 hours of registration, please contact the organizer from the button in the bottom right of this page.
3) Notification to the applicants
In case the number of appicants exceeds the capacity of the venue, attendees will be selected by lottery. Notification will be sent to the successful applicants along with an "Entrance Ticket" to the conference. With the tiket, you can attend the two-day conference. Those who unfortunately were not selected in the lottery will also be notified by email.If you have not any notice after January19th(Fri.), please contact the organizer.

「第5回日経アジア感染症会議」は受講無料で、事前登録が必要です。どの分科会に参加されるか、および、申し込みフォームに必要事項をご記入のうえ、送信してください。事前登録がない場合、会場にお越しいただいてもご参加いただけません。
ご登録締め切りは、2018年1月15日（月）午前9時30分です。
２）お申し込み確認メール
ご登録データの送信後、ご入力いただいたメールアドレスあてに、お申し込み確認メールをシステムより自動送信いたします。24時間以内に届かない場合は、このページの右下のボタンから主催者までご連絡ください。
３）当選/落選通知
応募多数の場合は抽選とさせていただきます。ご当選の方には受講券をお送りします。その受講券で2日間の会議に参加可能です。残念ながら落選された方にもメールをお送りします。1月19日（金）を過ぎてもお手元に何も届かない場合は、主催者までご連絡ください。
