For two nights only, Chef Malcolm Lee will be collaborating with Dubai’s award-winning restaurant 3 Fils’ Head Chef and Co-founder Akmal Anuar, to serve up an exquisite menu featuring unique Asian flavours with a Peranakan touch.
Lauded the Best Asian restaurant 2018 by Timeout Dubai, 3 Fils’ Singapore-born Chef Akmal is a champion of locally-sourced produce and has been working closely with local suppliers to build his community-minded empire in Dubai. Expect highlights including Wagyu Beef and Black Cod from the duo that will leave you reveling in some of the freshest seasonal produce imbued with a culinary flair.
