ISO 45001:2018 is an international standard that specifics requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system. The new standard will replace OHSAS 18001 and it is expected that organizations currently holding OHSAS 18001 certification will have 3 years (from 12 Mar 2018) to recertify to the requirements in the new standard to fulfil the growing expectations for occupational health & safety management.

This 2-Day Internal Auditor course provides trainees with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to plan, conduct and report an internal audit under ISO 45001:2018  occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS). Trainees will learn how to audit based on the requirements after understanding the auditing protocols and practice.

Who should attend?

Individuals who are appointed to be internal auditors or tasked to be responsible to organize audit programme, perform internal audits and/or to train or guide other internal auditors within their organization. Participants should have an understanding of the requirements of ISO 45001:2018, which may be gained by completing the ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS 1-Day Basics/ Awareness Course
