This event offers a leisurely, authentic experience of "Hanami," or traditional Japanese cherry-blossom viewing, at one of Tokyo's most famed spots for activity with over 230 of the trees in bloom.

Wander through the extensive cherry blossom garden of a prestigious hotel with explanations by a professional nature guide, and enjoy a Japanese course menu created with a cherry blossom theme at Kihinkan, a Western-style building from the Meiji Era. The program further features cherry blossoms in a traditional Japanese music performance on the "koto" with the blossoms as its theme, hand-on crafting of blossoms into bookmarks under the guidance of an "oshibana" (flower-pressing) artist, and a moment to enjoy Japanese tea and traditional confections patterned after spring.

[Notes when applying for the event]

・Application is limited to 4 persons (age 6 and older) per group.

・The participation fee covers the event only. Expenses for transportation to and from Japan, travel within Japan, lodging, etc. are not included.

・The event will take place even in the event of rain.

・Please understand that the event fee cannot be refunded in the event that the cherry blossoms are not in full flower.

・The fee will be transacted at the time of purchase. The date of invoicing will depend upon the credit card issuer.

・The ordered product cannot be changed or the order canceled for reasons of the customer's convenience after application is made.

・In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, etc., a refund will be issued within a prescribed period.

・Guests with food allergies, etc. are requested to contact the Japan Premium Event Desk by e-mail at least two weeks before the day of the event.

・Media coverage and interviews may take place at the event. Please contact the Japan Premium Event Desk in advance if coverage is not possible.

・Documents to confirm the application, etc. will be sent to the guest representative's email address from the Japan Premium Event Desk within 1 about week after application is received. A final overview will be sent from the same desk to the same e-mail address about 10 days before the day of the event.
