■チケットに含まれること / What's included in the ticket

1. オンラインセッションへのライブ参加
   国内外から3日間で50名以上を超えるフード領域のイノベーターがオンラインで登壇。同時通訳もご利用いただけますので、グローバルの動向についても深く理解できます。
   
   
2. スピーカーとのネットワーキング参加
   イベント当日のセッション終了後、スピーカーとZoomを通して直接コミュニケーション頂けます。
   
   
3. 後日のアーカイブ視聴
   セッションのアーカイブ動画をご視聴頂けます (2021年1月末まで、オリジナル言語のみ、同通は含まれません)

   You can join the networking with the speakers after the sessions on the day of the event.

• The online sessions will be available via online streaming systems [enavle] and [youtube].
• To use [enavle], you will need a PC connected to the Internet. You cannot view the videos on a tablet or smartphone.

１.視聴トラブル
Q:Enavleにログインできません

A：登録時に窮したメールアドレスの入力に間違いがないかご確認ください。


Q：映像が見えない・音が聞こえません

A：音声）お持ちのPCのスピーカーの設定をご確認ください。
映像）画面のリロード・再アクセスをお試しください。

Q：スマホ・タブレットから閲覧したいです

A：申し訳ございませんが、メインセッション（enavle）はスマホに対応していません。ネットワーキングセッションはZoomを使用しますので、Zoomを使えるデバイス（スマホ・タブレット等）から参加する事ができます。

Q：１名の申し込みで複数が閲覧してもいいですか

A：申し訳ございません。ご一緒に閲覧する場合も１名につき１アカウントずつ申し込み頂きたく存じます。


Q：途中退席してもいいですか？

A：入退出・途中からのご参加は自由でございます。
但し、ネットワーキングにはできるだけ対応するセッションをご覧いただいた上でご参加下さい。


Q：アーカイブはいつから見れますか？

A：数日でご覧いただけるようになる予定です。アーカイブ視聴が可能になったタイミングでイベントレジストを通してご連絡いたします。


Q：メインセッションとネットワーキングセッションどちらにも参加できますか？

A：メインセッションは後日アーカイブ映像をご覧いただけますので、ご活用ください


Q：同時通訳の利用方法を教えてください

A：画面をリロード・再アクセスして頂くとトップページより言語を選択できます。（英語・日本語・オリジナル言語）
尚、ネットワーキングルームでは通訳はつきません。

A：enavleの右側の「イベントガイド」から「Zoomネットワーキング」のアイコンをクリックしてください。

記載URLよりZoomにご参加頂けます。

Q：スピーカーの方と名刺交換はできますか？

A：ネットワーキングルームにてスピーカーご本人と直接やりとりください。

Q：Can't see the image or hear the sound.

A：(Audio) Please check the speaker settings of your computer.

(Video) Please try reloading and re-accessing the screen.

Q：Want to browse from smartphone or tablet.

A：The main session (enavle) is not compatible with smartphones. The networking session will be using Zoom, so you can join from any device that can use Zoom (smartphone, tablet, etc.).

２．General viewing
Q：Can I view the event with my colleagues and friends?

A：Please register for one account per person.


Q：Can I leave the meeting halfway through?

A：Please join and leave this event whenever you want.However, please try to attend the sessions before joining the corresponding networking room


Q：When will the archive be available?

A：Videos will be available in the next few days after the event. We will contact you through EventResist when it is ready.
(No interoretation will be available)


Q：I want to join both the main session and the networking session.

A：It will be difficult to join both main sessions and networking time but the videos of main sessions will be available in the next few days after the event.
(No interpretation will be available)


Q：How do I use simultaneous interpretation?

A：You can select the language from English, Japanese, and the original language by reloading the page.
Please note that no interpretation will be provided in the networking time.
