The online sessions will be available via online streaming systems [enavle] and [youtube].
To use [enavle], you will need a PC connected to the Internet. You cannot view the videos on a tablet or smartphone.

1. ご登録後、EventRegistにログインしたまま、「マイチケット」画面にアクセスしてください。

1.セッションに関して
Q：発表は日本語で行われますか？
A：発表は英語または日本語で行われますが、全編同時通訳でお届けいたします（ラウンドテーブル、ネットワーキングは除く）
2.チケットに関して
Q：いずれか1日のみの参加は可能ですか？また、その場合もチケットは同額ですか？
A：チケットの種類は3日間用のものしかございません。1日のみの参加も可能ですが、チケットの価格は同額になってしまいます。ご了承ください。
Q：入退場は自由ですか？
A：ご自由に入退場いただけます。
受付時に、お持ちのQRコードを読み取らせていただきます。また、感染対策のため一時入退場の際にもQRコードを読み取り、記録を取得させていただきます。
Q：請求書支払いをすることは可能ですか？
A. 申し訳ございませんが、請求書支払いには対応しておりません。クレジットカード、ペイジー、コンビニ決済が利用可能です。
Q：領収書は発行されますか？
A：チケット購入後に自動的に送信される決済確認メールに添付されます。

Q.会場まで、車椅子でアクセス可能なルートはありますか？
A. 会場は、JR 浜松町駅、都営大門駅、ゆりかもめ 竹芝駅、各駅バリアフリー対応しております。地下1階の駐車場は車椅子用の駐車場も1車室ございます。
Q.車椅子の貸し出しは行っていますか？
A. 会場ビルでは車椅子の貸出は行っておりません。
Q. 会場内に車椅子用のお手洗いはありますか？
A. 会場内に含め、ビル1階にもございます。
Q. 車椅子用で見学できるゾーンはありますか？
A. はい、車椅子エリアを設けます。ご利用になる場合は、事前にお知らせいただけますと幸いです。
Q：喫煙所はありますか？
A：館内1F 2F 8Fに喫煙所がございます。
Q：駐車場はありますか？
A：建物地下階に時間貸し駐車場がございます。

4.撮影に関して

A：申し訳ございませんが、録音や録画は禁止させていただいております。

A：はい、可能です。ただし、スピーカーが掲載を認めない場合には、撮影やアップロードをご遠慮いただければ幸いです。
1. About the sessions
Q: Will presentations be given in Japanese?A: Presentations will be given in English or Japanese, but all presentations will be delivered with simultaneous interpretation (except for round tables and networking).
2. Regarding tickets
Q: Is it possible to attend only one of the days? And is the ticket price the same in that case?A: No. Tickets are only available for the three-day event.
Q: Can I enter and exit the venue anytime?
A: Yes, you can enter and exit the venue anytime. We will read your QR code everytime you enter and exit the venue due to COVID-19 infection control purposes.
Q: Is it possible to pay by invoice?
A: We only accept credit card, Pay-easy, and the payment through Japanese convenience stores.
Q: Will a receipt be issued?
A: It will be attached to the payment confirmation e-mail automatically sent after ticket purchase.
3. Regarding the venue
Q. Is there a wheelchair accessible route to the venue?A. The venue is barrier-free at JR Hamamatsucho Station, Toei Daimon Station, and Yurikamome Takeshiba Station. There is also one wheelchair-accessible parking space in the parking lot on the first basement floor.
Q. Do you rent out wheelchairs?
A. No, wheelchairs are not available for rent at the venue building.
Q. Is there a wheelchair-accessible restroom in the venue?
A. Yes, there are wheelchair-accessible restrooms in the venue and on the first floor of the building.
Q. Is there a wheelchair-accessible zone?
A. Yes, there will be a wheelchair area. We would appreciate it if you could let us know in advance if you will be using the area.
Q: Is there a smoking area?
A: There are smoking areas on the 1st, 2nd, and 8th floors of the building.
Q：Is there a parking lot?
A：There is a parking lot on the basement floor of the building.

4. Filming
Q: Is it possible to take video or make recordings?A: Recording of any contents is not allowed.
