4年ぶりに幕張メッセ全館を利用してのフル開催となる東京ゲームショウ2023（TGS2023）では、情報発信力のアップを目的に、ゲーム実況などを動画投稿サイトやSNSで配信しているインフルエンサーやクリエイターの皆様がビジネスデイから入場いただけるようにいたしました（※エントリー条件あり／要事前登録／要登録料）。

さらに、インフルエンサーやクリエイターの皆様が、来場の際に拠点とし、ライブ配信や動画編集ができる専用エリア「クリエイターラウンジ」を、YouTube Gamingのサポートを受けて、新たに用意いたします。

インフルエンサーやクリエイターの皆様には、ご来場のうえ、コンピュータエンターテインメントの最前線に触れていただき、会場で得た情報や体験、感じたことなどを、ぜひ多くの方々に共有いただけますと幸いです。

なお、下記に続く内容を必ずご確認・同意の上、必要事項の入力をお願いいたします。

At the TOKYO GAME SHOW 2023 (TGS2023), which will be held in full at Makuhari Messe for the first time in four years, influencers and creators who distribute game live on video posting sites and SNS for the purpose of improving information dissemination can enter from Business Day. In addition, with the support of YouTube Gaming, we will newly prepare a dedicated area "Creator Lounge" where influencers and creators can use it as a base for live distribution and video editing.

【ご登録に関して】

＜インフルエンサー／クリエイター登録の受付期間＞
・一般登録   ：8月4日（金）～9月13日（水）18時00分
・出展社招待：8月4日（金）～9月18日（月・祝）18時00分

ご来場希望のインフルエンサー、クリエイターの皆様は、事前登録をお願いいたします。
ご登録にあたって、エントリー条件を設定させていただいています。
一般インフルエンサー／クリエイターの皆様、および出展社からご招待されたインフルエンサー／クリエイター（以下、招待インフルエンサー）は、必要情報をご登録いただき、事務局にてその内容を拝見し、エントリー条件を満たしていることが確認でき次第、来場を承認いたします。
なお、「同行者」は下記立場の方に限ります。
（当日受付にて、名刺、本人証明書＜写真付きID等＞が必要になります）

・事務所担当者／関係者
・撮影・編集担当者
・配信担当者
・ヘア／メイク担当者
・通訳担当者

【インフルエンサー／クリエイターの来場可能期間】
2023年9月22日（金）〜9月24日（日）
★一部、特別招待インフルエンサーは9月21日（木）から入場可
★上記の期間中であれば、複数日でも来場可能です

【登録料】
●一般インフルエンサー／クリエイターは、登録料1,100円（税込）が必要になります。「抽選チケット」からエントリーしてください。
●一人のインフルエンサーあたり同行者は1名まで登録可能です。同行者がいる場合は、【本人＋同行者】のチケットでお申し込みください。
●一般インフルエンサー／クリエイターの同行者については登録料が別途1,650円（税込）必要になります。
●審査で登録が承認されなかった場合は、登録料はかかりません。
●出展社からコード（プロモーションコード）を取得している「招待インフルエンサー」は、登録料がかかりません（登録料は出展社が負担）。「お申し込みはこちら」の該当欄にコードを入力の上、事前登録にお進みください。
●「招待インフルエンサー」につきまして、【本人のみ】と【本人＋同行者】ではコード（プロモーションコード）が異なります。どちらのチケット（コード）かを、あらかじめ出展社にご確認ください。

【エントリー・登録条件】
【一般インフルエンサー／クリエイター】
●SNSの登録者数／フォロワー数が、事務局の確認時に単独で「3万」を超えていること。
もしくは
●複数SNSの登録者数／フォロワー数の合計が、事務局の確認時に「5万」を超えていること。

＜主な対象SNS＞
YouTube／X (Twitter)／Instagram／Twitch／ニコニコ ／TikTok／Facebook／Threads／その他SNS

●投稿内容やアカウント情報などが、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていない、公序良俗に反していないこと。

※事務局によるエントリー内容の審査のため、申し込みフォームにはSNSのURLをご記載いただく箇所がございます。ご記載がない場合には、審査ができないため、エントリー取り消しとなります。必ず該当欄にご記入をお願いいたします。

※事務局によるエントリー内容の審査において、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼす投稿・配信・アカウント情報や、公序良俗に反する投稿・配信・アカウント情報を確認した場合は、事務局判断にて、エントリーを取り消しさせていただきます。

※主催者の一般社団法人コンピュータエンターテインメント協会の基本理念『コンピュータエンターテインメントソフトウェア倫理規定』に著しく反すると判断した場合、来場をご遠慮いただきます。

※登録承認後に、投稿内容が、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていたり、公序良俗に反していると判明した場合（第三者からの指摘を含む）、登録を取り消しさせていただく可能性、投稿内容の取り下げのお願いをする場合があります。
また、取り消しになった場合においても、登録料は返金いたしません。あらかじめご了承ください。


【招待インフルエンサー】
●投稿内容やアカウント情報などが第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていないこと、公序良俗に反していないこと。

※「招待インフルエンサー」は、出展社から招待され、Web登録フォーム（8月4日公開）のコード（プロモーションコード）を取得している方のことです。

※事務局によるエントリー内容の審査において、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼす投稿・配信・アカウント情報や、公序良俗に反する投稿・配信・アカウント情報を確認した場合は、事務局判断にて、エントリーを取り消しさせていただきます。

※主催者の一般社団法人コンピュータエンターテインメント協会の基本理念『コンピュータエンターテインメントソフトウェア倫理規定』に著しく反すると判断した場合、来場をご遠慮いただきます。

※登録承認後に、投稿内容が、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていたり、公序良俗に反していると判明した場合（第三者からの指摘を含む）、登録を取り消しさせていただく可能性、投稿内容の取り下げのお願いをする場合があります。


【来場・撮影にあたってのご注意】
●幕張メッセ会場内は写真・動画の撮影が可能ですが、映り込んでいる人物が特定できる場合、必ず、本人の許諾をとるか、人物が特定できないように画像処理をお願いします。
●ほかの方が撮影した写真・動画に、偶然、映り込む可能性があります。
●出展社のブースにおいては、各社の規定やルールに従って撮影、配信等をお願いします。
●悪意あるSNSへの投稿、出展社や来場者が不快になるような撮影・配信・投稿等は一切禁止します。
●出展社ブースで撮影・配信取材・試遊に関してトラブルが発生した場合、事務局では責任を負いかねます。各自にてご対応をお願いいたします。
●自撮り棒の使用については下記ルールを厳守してください（自撮り棒の使用はインフルエンサー／クリエイターのみ許可しています。「インフルエンサーバッジ」は、必ず、分かるように着用してください）。
・歩きながらの撮影は禁止です
・自撮り棒の長さは50㎝未満で使用してください
・自撮り棒を頭より上げての撮影は禁止です
●投稿・配信いただいた内容を、事務局および出展社にて、リツイートや紹介をさせていただく場合があります。
●会場内で迷惑行為を発見した場合はご退場いただく場合がございます。また、状況によっては撮影いただいた写真・動画の内容を確認させていただく場合がございます。万が一、内容に問題があると判断した場合は、公開の取りやめ、写真・動画の削除をお願いします。
●来場や収録、配信等にかかる費用については、すべて各人にてご負担ください。
●マスクの着用は任意です。
●会場入口に消毒液を用意しますので、手指消毒にご協力ください。
●「体温が37.5度以上の発熱がある」「風邪の症状がある」など、体調不良の場合ご来場はご遠慮ください。
●東京ゲームショウ全体のルール「来場時のお願いとご注意」もご確認の上、遵守ください。（自撮り棒の使用はインフルエンサー／クリエイターのみ許可しています。「インフルエンサーバッジ」は、必ず、分かるように着用してください）。

【Regarding registration】

<Acceptance period for influencer/creator registration>
●“General Influencers/Creators”: August 4 (Fri.) to September 13 (Wed.) 18:00
●"Invited Influencers": August 4 (Fri.) to September 18 (Mon.) 18:00

Influencers and creators who wish to attend are requested to register in advance.
When you register, we will set the entry conditions.
"General Influencers/Creators "and influencers/creators invited by exhibitors (hereinafter referred to as "Invited Influencers") are requested to register the required information.
The secretariat will check the contents and approve the visit as soon as it is confirmed that the entry conditions are satisfied.
In addition, please understand that "Companion" are limited to those in the following positions.
* At the reception on the day, you will need a business card and personal identification (ID with photo, etc.)

・Person in charge of photography or editing
・Person in charge of streaming
・Person in charge of hair and makeup

【Period during which influencers/creators can visit】
September 22nd (Friday) to September 24th (Sunday), 2023
★Some special invitation influencers can enter from September 21 (Thursday)
★During the above period, it is possible to visit multiple days.

【Registration fee】
●Registration fee of 1,100yen (tax included) is required for "General Influencers/Creators". Please enter from the "Lottery Assigned Ticket".
●Up to 1 companion can be registered per influencer. If you have a companion, please apply with a ticket for [self + companion].
●A separate registration fee of 1,650yen (tax included) is required for those accompanying "General Influencers/Creators".
●If your registration is not approved, there is no registration fee.
●There is no registration fee for "Invited Influencers" who have obtained a code (promotion code) from the exhibitor (the registration fee is borne by the exhibitor). Please enter the code in the appropriate field and proceed to pre-registration.
●Regarding "Invited Influencers", the code (promotion code) is different for [Only the person] and [The person + accompanying person]. Please confirm which ticket (code) to the exhibitor in advance.

【Entry/registration conditions】

●At the timing confirmed by the secretariat, The number of SNS registrants/followers alone must exceed “30,000”.
OR
●At the timing confirmed by the secretariat, The total number of registrants/followers on multiple SNS must exceed “50,000”.

<Main target SNS>
YouTube / X (Twitter) / Instagram / Twitch / Niconico / TikTok / Facebook / Threads / Other SNS

●The posted content account information, etc. does not cause any trouble (including infringement of rights) to third parties and does not violate public order and morals.

* In order for the secretariat to review the entry content, there is a place where you will be asked to enter your SNS URL on the application form. If there is no description, the entry will be canceled because the examination cannot be performed. Please be sure to fill in the applicable fields.

* In the examination of the entry content by the secretariat, if the posting, streaming, or account information that causes trouble (including infringement of rights) to a third party, or the posting, streaming, or account information that violates public order and morals is confirmed, the secretariat will judge. I will cancel the entry.

* If it is determined that it is significantly contrary to the basic principles of the organizer, Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (https://www.cesa.or.jp/compliance.html) ,we will ask you to refrain from visiting.

* After approval of registration, if it is found that the content of the post causes a nuisance to a third party (including infringement of rights) or is contrary to public order and morals (including points pointed out by a third party), we will cancel the registration. We may ask you to withdraw the posted content.
The registration fee will not be refunded even if the registration is cancelled.Please note.

【 Invited Influencer 】
●The posted content account information, etc. does not cause any trouble (including infringement of rights) to third parties, and does not violate public order and morals.

* "Invited Influencers" are those who have been invited by exhibitors and have obtained a code (promotion code) for the online registration form (released on August 4).

* In the examination of the entry content by the secretariat, if the posting, streaming, or account information that causes trouble (including infringement of rights) to a third party, or the posting, streaming, or account information that violates public order and morals is confirmed, the secretariat will judge. I will cancel the entry.

* If it is determined that it is significantly contrary to the basic principles of the organizer, Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (https://www.cesa.or.jp/compliance.html ), we will ask you to refrain from visiting.

* After approval of registration, if it is found that the content of the post causes a nuisance to a third party (including infringement of rights) or is contrary to public order and morals (including points pointed out by a third party), we will cancel the registration. We may ask you to withdraw the posted content.

【Precautions for visiting and shooting】
●It is possible to take photos and videos inside the Makuhari Messe venue, but if you can identify the person in the image, please be sure to obtain permission from the person or process the image so that the person cannot be identified.
●There is a possibility that you may be accidentally reflected in photos and videos taken by others.
●At the exhibitor's booth, please follow the regulations and rules of each company when filming, streaming, etc.
●Posting on malicious SNS, shooting, distributing, posting, etc. that may cause discomfort to exhibitors and visitors are strictly prohibited.
●The Secretariat will not be held responsible for any troubles that may occur during filming, distribution coverage, or trial play at exhibitor booths. Please respond by yourself.
●Please strictly observe the following rules regarding the use of selfie sticks. (Only influencers/creators are allowed to use selfie sticks. Please be sure to wear the “Influencer Badge” clearly.)
・Shooting while walking is prohibited
・Please use a selfie stick with a length of  less than 50 cm 
・Shooting with the selfie stick above your head is prohibited
●The secretariat and exhibitors may retweet or introduce the content posted/distributed.
●We may ask you to leave the venue if you find any nuisance in the venue. In addition, depending on the situation, we may ask you to confirm the content of the photos and videos you have taken. In the unlikely event that it is determined that there is a problem with the content, please cancel the publication and delete the photos and videos.
●Please pay all expenses for attendance, recording, distribution, etc. by yourself.
●Wearing a mask is optional.
●We will prepare disinfectant at the entrance of the venue, so please cooperate with hand disinfection.
●Please refrain from visiting if you are feeling unwell, such as having a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or having cold symptoms.
●Please also read and comply with the rules of the Tokyo Game Show, “Requests and Precautions for TGS Visitors.”(Only influencers/creators are allowed to use selfie sticks. Please be sure to wear the “Influencer Badge” clearly.)
