What is TTOP・・・
While a wide variety of innovations have been created globally based on seeds research and development generated from academia, and many ventures have succeeded in business, many issues related to linkage between academia and business in Japan remain.
Against this background, the Tokyo Institute of Technology (Tokyo Tech), one of Japan’s top science and engineering universities, designed the Tokyo Tech Open innovation (TTOP) 2023, one of the biggest industry-university collaboration events at Tokyo Tech, to consider ideal next-generation industry-university collaboration-based platforms aiming to establish ecosystems that promote innovations in academia.
