1) Registration procedures
The Japan-UK Dementia Conference is free of charge. Registration is required to attend the conference. Please send this online form after choosing which breakout sessions you will attend and filling in all of the required information on the application form. Anyone arriving at the venue without completing registration will not be admitted.
Registration will be closed at 9:30am on February 26th(Mon.), 2018.
2) Registration confirmation email
After you complete online registration, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address from the system automatically. If you have not received it within 24 hours of registration, please contact the organizer from the button in the bottom right of this page.
3) Notification to the applicants
In case the number of appicants exceeds the capacity of the venue, attendees will be selected by lottery. Notification will be sent to the successful applicants along with an "Entrance Ticket" to the conference. With the tiket, you can attend the one-day conference. Those who unfortunately were not selected in the lottery will also be notified by email.If you have not any notice after March 2nd(Fri.), please contact the organizer.
