【KIGAN】 Startup New Year Party at Zojoji Temple vol.3

Last year's New Year party brought together a host of prominent leaders in Japan's startup ecosystem and was a smash hit. In 2017, to kick off another excellent year, Spacemarket, Tech in Asia and Sumitomo Realty & Development Co., Ltd. are teaming up to throw the biggest event of the new year!

This time we will be holding the event at the Zojoji Temple, a gorgeous venue with more than 600 years history. Our event also comes with a unique twist - a short Buddhist service where we can celebrate the New Year and wish for great success in 2017. Following the kigan ceremony, we will have a drinking party and time to write prayers or wishes on Ema - small wooden plaques that hang in Shinto shrines.
