Like many of you, we Deloitte has been closely monitoring the updates regarding the Wuhan Novel Coronavirus for guidance on the proper protocols and procedures. In the meantime, we will be implementing the following policies to safeguard the health and well-being of all participants at Morning Pitch Singapore.
1️) If you are unwell, please refrain from attending the event.
2️) If you have travelled to China and/ or any of the known affected countries with local transmission of the virus within the last 14 days, we would request that you refrain from attending the event for 14 days after your return, and to pay particular attention to your health during that time. This is to cut down on any potential risk of transmission. If you feel unwell, do seek medical attention promptly.
3️) If you or anyone whom you are in close contact with and who has been to China and/or any of the known affected countries with local transmission of the virus within the last 14 days, or is on Leave of Absence as per Ministry of Manpower’s Advisory of 27 Jan 2020, or is quarantined as a suspect case, or has been diagnosed with the 2019-nCoV (Wuhan Coronavirus), please refrain from attending the event for 14 days from the date of first contact to avoid the risk of transmission and monitor your own health.
We reserve the right to turn away visitors whom we suspect to be unwell, in the interest of all participants and the organizer including our event partners. We thank you for your cooperation and we wish you the best of health.
