□お申し込みについて

お申し込み方法
お申し込みには、本サイトの会員登録が必要です。
マイページ作成後、内容、料金などを確認のうえ「申し込む」ボタンを押してください。
料金はクレジットカード（VISA・Master・JCB）、PayPalにてお支払いいただけます。
お支払方法を選択して、申込者情報を入力し、「オーダーを確定する」ボタンを押してください。
「PayPalもしくはクレジットで決済する」ボタンから決済画面に遷移して決済を完了させてください。

操作上のご注意
オーダーの確定から決済完了までは30分以内に確定させてください。
時間内に確定させられない場合は、再度オーダーの確定からやり直してください。
各ブラウザは最新のバージョンの利用を推奨しております。
決済完了後、本サイト内の「マイチケット」に購入済みイベントのチケットが表示されます。
PDFチケットに記載の二次元コードが受付の際に必要となります。
当日はスマートフォン端末で表示、もしくはPDFデータを印刷してお持ちください。
ドメイン「@eventregist.com」「@運営事務局」からのメールを受信できる設定にしてください。
ご応募の際にいただいた個人情報は、当イベントの運営以外には一切使用しません。

□注意事項
・ご購入いただいたチケットは変更・料金の払い戻しはできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
・いかなる理由があってもチケットの譲渡はできません。権利譲渡の行為が判明した場合は入場をお断りさせていただきます。その場合主催者はいかなる補償もいたしません。また、正規の当選以外で入手したチケットに関するトラブルには主催者側は一切責任を負いません。
・同行者様にはイベントに関するメールはお送りしませんので、留意事項等は申込者様よりお伝えください。
・当日は、観覧者相互の距離を保つため、係員の指示に従ってください。
・荒天などの影響により、内容を変更または中止とする場合があります。（イベントが終日中止となった場合、該当の日の払い戻しについては、対応いたします。）
・通しチケットの払い戻しについては、対応しておりません。
・発熱その他体調不良が認められる場合は、ご来場を控えてください。
・当日は、来場者の方を含むイベント会場内の写真や動画を撮影し、本イベントWebサイトで掲載することがあります。

□個人情報の取り扱いについて
参加申込みの際にご登録いただいた個人情報については、運営事務局が適切に管理し、来場者管理、申し込み状況の管理、本イベント業務遂行、今後のイベントのご案内のため利用し、これらの目的以外には使用いたしません。

About Application
【How to register】
To register, you must be a registered member of EventRegist.
After creating “My Page”, please click the “Apply” button after confirming the details and fees.
Fees can be paid by credit card (VISA, Master, JCB) or PayPal.
Please select a payment method, enter the applicant's information, and press the “Place Order” button.
Click the “Pay by PayPal or Credit Card” button to move to the payment page and complete the payment.

【Precautions for operation】
Please allow 30 minutes from order confirmation to payment completion.
If you are unable to finalize your order within this time frame, please start over again from the order finalization stage.
We recommend using the latest version of each browser.
After payment is completed, the ticket for the event you have purchased will be displayed in “My Tickets” on this website.
The 2D code on the PDF ticket will be required at the reception desk.
On the day of the event, please display it on your smartphone device or print out the PDF data and bring it with you.
Please set your e-mail settings to receive e-mails from the domains “@eventregist.com” and “@Operation Office”.
Personal information provided at the time of application will not be used for any purpose other than the operation of this event.

【Note】
Tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Tickets cannot be transferred for any reason. If it is found that a ticket holder has transferred his/her rights, he/she will be denied admission to the event. In such cases, the organizer will not provide any compensation. The organizer will not be held responsible for any trouble related to tickets obtained by anyone other than the legitimate winner.
The organizer will not send any e-mail regarding the event to the accompanying persons.
Please follow the instructions of the staff on the day of the event in order to maintain a safe distance between spectators.
The event is subject to change or cancellation due to inclement weather. (If the event is cancelled for the entire day, refunds will be made for the day in question.)
No refunds will be made for through tickets.
Please refrain from coming to the event if you have a fever or any other health condition.
Photos and videos of the event venue, including visitors, may be taken on the day of the event and will be posted on the event website.

【Personal Information】
Personal information registered at the time of application for participation will be appropriately managed by the Management Office, and will be used for visitor management, application status management, event operations, and future event announcements, and will not be used for any other purposes.
