Priority Entrance

All the ticket holders may enter at Priority Entrance.

Those who have the “TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB Ticket ” are entitled to use the priority entrance for 20 to 30 minutes after the gate open either on 17th or 18th which you applied at the time of buying ticket.

"TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB Ticket" holders will enter the venu either through HALL 1-8 or HALL 9-11. Please note that you may not get priority tickets for trial play in case you enter through HALL 9 through 11. The numbered priority ticket will be distributed at HALL 8.

Priority Entrance wating line starts at the time of the first train at JR Kaihin Makuhari Station. Please follow a guideboard at Makuhari Messe and event staff's instruction to get in the line of priority entrance.

Please note that you cannnot move from HALL 9-11 to HALL 1-8 until 10:30.

All the SUPPORTERS CLUB Ticket holders must go through the baggage check point prior to the SUPPORTERS CLUB counter. Please note that the wating line for the SUPPORTER CLUB is different from the wating line for general admission.

The priority entry wating zone for "TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB Ticket" holders will be removed after the designated time by the Management Office. After removal, please enter on the same way as the genneral admission ticket holders.

*Priority Entrance is available only for valid ticket. The Saturday Ticket cannot be used on the Sunday. The Sunday ticket cannot be used on the Saturday. Please check the valid date on your ticket.

[Directions to Priority Entrance]

1. Follow the General Entrance Signs to HALL 1-8 or HALL 9-11.

2. Clear the Security Check.

3. Exchange this ticket confirmation to the actual Ticket at the EventRegist Counter “Ticket From Overseas” after the Security Check. You will have the Ticket and TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB Special Benefits Exchange Voucher.

4. Show your ticket and TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB Special Benefits Exchange Voucher. TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB staff members will be numbering on your ticket and will provide you the Special goods.

5. Proceed to “TGS SUPPORTERS CLUB” Priority Wating Line.

6. Enter to the venu.

*To receive Special Goods, you will need to have the ticket even if you are students under primary school age (except infants).

*No exchange or refund of T-shirt and Badge is available. Please review your size selection before submitting the order.

*11:00 am or later:TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB Ticket holders can picke up Special goods at Information Counter at 2nd Floor in front of HALL 5.

*Entry from HALL 9-11:There is No exchange counter for TGS2016 SUPPORTERS CLUB Special goods. To exchange the Special goods, pick them up at Information Counter at 2nd Floor in front of HALL 5. Pick-up service begins at 11:00 am.

*Please make sure your ticket carries barcode printed clearly and do not make a fold or mess on barcode. It may cause a problem with scanning the barcode smoothly.

*QR code on PDF ticket will be read at the reception counter. If you buy online tickets for your friends who come to TGS without you, let them have PDF ticket in advance for this QR code procedure.

*Please note that copying of ticket is strictly prohibited.

*No refunds or exchanges are available.
