東京ゲームショウ2024（TGS2024）では、情報発信力のアップを目的に、ゲーム関連動画や映像をSNSに投稿しているインフルエンサーがビジネスデイから入場いただけるようにいたします。

また、インフルエンサーの皆様が、来場の際に拠点とし、休憩やインフルエンサー同士の交流、配信・編集作業等ができる専用エリア「クリエイターラウンジ」を、YouTubeのサポートを受けて、用意いたします。

インフルエンサーの皆様には、ご来場のうえ、ゲームの最前線に触れていただき、会場で得た情報や体験、感じたことなどを、ぜひ多くの方々に共有いただけますと幸いです。

なお、下記に続く内容を必ずご確認・同意の上、必要事項の入力をお願いいたします。

For the purpose of increasing information dissemination, TOKYO  GAME SHOW 2024 (TGS2024) will allow influencers who post game-related videos and images on social networking services to enter the show from the Business Day.

In addition, with the support of YouTube, a dedicated area, “Creator Lounge,” will be prepared for influencers to use as a base when visiting the event, where they can take a break, interact with other influencers, and work on distribution and editing.

We hope that influencers will come to the event, experience the forefront of the game, and share the information, experiences, and feelings they gain at the event with as many people as possible.

Please be sure to confirm and agree to the following contents before entering the required information.

【ご登録に関して】
＜インフルエンサー登録の受付期間＞
・8月2日（金）～9月24日（火）18時00分

ご来場希望のインフルエンサーの皆様は、事前登録をお願いいたします。
ご登録にあたって、エントリー条件を設定させていただいています。
必要情報を入力いただき、事務局にてその内容を拝見し、エントリー条件を満たしていることが確認でき次第、事前登録を承認いたします。
なお、「同行者」として登録が可能なのは、下記立場の方に限ります。
（当日受付にて、名刺、18歳以上であることがわかる本人証明証【運転免許証、パスポート、マイナンバーカードなど】が必要になります）

●一般インフルエンサー 来場可能日（3日間）

※事前登録にあたって、登録料が必要になります。
※9月26日（木）は入場できません
※上記の3日間であれば、複数日の来場が可能です

【登録料】
●一般インフルエンサーは、登録料1,100円（税込）が必要になります。「抽選チケット」からエントリーしてください。
●一人のインフルエンサーあたり同行者は1名まで登録可能です。同行者がいる場合は、【本人＋同行者】のチケットでお申し込みください。
※出展社招待のインフルエンサーは、【本人のみ・同行者あり】どちらの場合でも、「【本人＋同行者／Person + Companion】出展社招待／Invitation by Exhibitor」にてお申し込みください。
●一般インフルエンサーの同行者については登録料が別途1,650円（税込）必要になります。
●審査で登録が承認されなかった場合は、登録料はかかりません。
●出展社 / 所属事務所・MCNから招待コード（プロモーションコード）を取得している「招待インフルエンサー」は、登録料がかかりません。「お申し込みはこちら」のプロモーションコード入力欄に招待コード（プロモーションコード）を入力の上、該当する登録ページにお進みください。

【エントリー・登録条件】
【一般インフルエンサー】
●SNSの登録者数／フォロワー数が、事務局の確認時に単独で「3万」を超えていること。
もしくは
●複数SNSの登録者数／フォロワー数の合計が、事務局の確認時に「5万」を超えていること。

＜主な対象SNS＞
YouTube／ X ／Instagram／Twitch／ニコニコ ／TikTok／Facebook／Threads／その他SNS

●投稿内容やアカウント情報などが、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていない、公序良俗に反していないこと。

※事務局によるエントリー内容の審査のため、申し込みフォームにはSNSのURLをご記載いただく箇所がございます。記載がない場合には、審査ができないため、エントリー取り消しとなります。必ず該当欄にご記入をお願いいたします。

※事務局によるエントリー内容の審査において、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼす投稿・配信・アカウント情報や、公序良俗に反する投稿・配信・アカウント情報を確認した場合は、事務局判断にて、エントリーを取り消しさせていただきます。

※主催者の一般社団法人コンピュータエンターテインメント協会の基本理念『コンピュータエンターテインメントソフトウェア倫理規定』に著しく反すると判断した場合、来場をご遠慮いただきます。

※登録承認後に、投稿内容が、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていたり、公序良俗に反していると判明した場合（第三者からの指摘を含む）、登録を取り消しさせていただく可能性、投稿内容の取り下げのお願いをする場合があります。
また、取り消しになった場合においても、登録料は返金いたしません。あらかじめご了承ください。


【招待インフルエンサー】
●投稿内容やアカウント情報などが第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていないこと、公序良俗に反していないこと。

※「招待インフルエンサー」は、出展社もしくは所属事務所・MCNから招待され、招待コード（プロモーションコード）を取得している方のことです。

※事務局によるエントリー内容の審査において、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼす投稿・配信・アカウント情報や、公序良俗に反する投稿・配信・アカウント情報を確認した場合は、事務局判断にて、エントリーを取り消しさせていただきます。

※主催者の一般社団法人コンピュータエンターテインメント協会の基本理念『コンピュータエンターテインメントソフトウェア倫理規定』に著しく反すると判断した場合、来場をご遠慮いただきます。

※登録承認後に、投稿内容が、第三者に迷惑（権利侵害を含む）をおよぼしていたり、公序良俗に反していると判明した場合（第三者からの指摘を含む）、登録を取り消しさせていただく可能性、投稿内容の取り下げのお願いをする場合があります。



【来場・撮影にあたってのご注意】
●幕張メッセ会場内は写真・動画の撮影が可能ですが、映り込んでいる人物が特定できる場合、必ず、本人の許諾をとるか、人物が特定できないように画像処理をお願いします。
●ほかの方が撮影した写真・動画に、偶然、映り込む可能性があります。
●出展社のブースにおいては、各社の規定やルールに従って撮影、配信等をお願いします。
●悪意あるSNSへの投稿、出展社や来場者が不快になるような撮影・配信・投稿等は一切禁止します。
●出展社ブースで撮影・配信取材・試遊に関してトラブルが発生した場合、事務局では責任を負いかねます。各自にてご対応をお願いいたします。
●歩きながらの撮影・配信は禁止です。
●自撮り棒の使用にあたっては下記ルールを厳守してください（自撮り棒の使用はインフルエンサーのみ許可しています。「インフルエンサーバッジ」は、必ず、分かるように着用してください）。
・自撮り棒の長さは50㎝未満で使用してください
・自撮り棒を頭より上げての撮影は禁止です
●投稿・配信いただいた内容を、事務局および出展社にて、リツイートや紹介をさせていただく場合があります。
●会場内で迷惑行為を発見した場合はご退場いただく場合がございます。また、状況によっては撮影いただいた写真・動画の内容を確認させていただく場合がございます。万が一、内容に問題があると判断した場合は、公開の取りやめ、写真・動画の削除をお願いします。
●来場や収録、配信等にかかる費用については、すべて各人にてご負担ください。
●マスクの着用は任意です。
●「体温が37.5度以上の発熱がある」「風邪の症状がある」など、体調不良の場合ご来場はご遠慮ください。
●東京ゲームショウ全体のルール「来場時のお願いとご注意」もご確認の上、遵守ください。

【Regarding registration】

Influencers who wish to attend the event are requested to pre-register.
We have set entry requirements for registration.
Once you have entered the required information, the secretariat will review the information and approve your pre-registration upon confirmation that you meet the entry requirements.
Please note that only persons in the following positions are eligible to register as “accompanying persons.
(A business card and Proof of identification 【driver's license, passport, my number card, etc.】 showing that the applicant is 18 years of age or older will be required at the registration desk on the day of the event.）

 ●Visiting period for "General Influencers " (3days)
September 27 (Fri.), 28 (Sat.), 29 (Sun.), 2024　
* No entry on Thursday, September 26.
* Visitors may visit on multiple days within the above three-day period.

【Registration fee】
● General influencers will be required to pay a registration fee of 1,100 yen (tax included). Please enter through the “Lottery Ticket” page.
●Each influencer may register up to one companion. If you have an accompanying person, please apply for a ticket for [yourself + accompanying person].
※Influencers invited by the Exhibitor should apply under “[Person + Companion] Invitation by Exhibitor” for both cases of [Person Only] and [Person with Companion].
●A separate registration fee of 1,650 yen (tax included) is required for accompanying general influencers.
●If your registration is not approved at the screening, no registration fee will be charged.
●Invited Influencers" who have obtained an invitation code (promotion code) from an exhibitor / their offices or MCN will not be charged a registration fee. Please enter the invitation code (promotion code) in the "Click here to register" field and proceed to the appropriate registration page.

【Entry/registration conditions】
【 General Influencer 】
●At the timing confirmed by the secretariat, The number of SNS registrants/followers alone must exceed “30,000”.
OR
●At the timing confirmed by the secretariat, The total number of registrants/followers on multiple SNS must exceed “50,000”.

<Main target SNS>
YouTube / X / Instagram / Twitch / Niconico / TikTok / Facebook / Threads / Other SNS

●The posted content account information, etc. does not cause any trouble (including infringement of rights) to third parties and does not violate public order and morals.

* In order for the secretariat to review the entry content, there is a place where you will be asked to enter your SNS URL on the application form. If there is no description, the entry will be canceled because the examination cannot be performed. Please be sure to fill in the applicable fields.

* In the examination of the entry content by the secretariat, if the posting, streaming, or account information that causes trouble (including infringement of rights) to a third party, or the posting, streaming, or account information that violates public order and morals is confirmed, the secretariat will judge. I will cancel the entry.

* If it is determined that it is significantly contrary to the basic principles of the organizer, Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (https://www.cesa.or.jp/compliance.html) ,we will ask you to refrain from visiting.

* After approval of registration, if it is found that the content of the post causes a nuisance to a third party (including infringement of rights) or is contrary to public order and morals (including points pointed out by a third party), we will cancel the registration. We may ask you to withdraw the posted content. The registration fee will not be refunded even if the registration is cancelled.Please note.

【 Invited Influencer 】
●The posted content account information, etc. does not cause any trouble (including infringement of rights) to third parties, and does not violate public order and morals.

* “Invited influencers” are those who have been invited by exhibitors or their offices/MCN and have obtained a pre-registration code (promotion code).

* In the examination of the entry content by the secretariat, if the posting, streaming, or account information that causes trouble (including infringement of rights) to a third party, or the posting, streaming, or account information that violates public order and morals is confirmed, the entry will be canceled at the discretion of the secretariat.

* If it is determined that it is significantly contrary to the basic principles of the organizer, Computer Entertainment Supplier's Association (https://www.cesa.or.jp/compliance.html ), we will ask you to refrain from visiting.

* After approval of registration, if it is found that the content of the post causes a nuisance to a third party (including infringement of rights) or is contrary to public order and morals (including points pointed out by a third party), we will cancel the registration. We may ask you to withdraw the posted content.

【Precautions for visiting and shooting】
●It is possible to take photos and videos inside the Makuhari Messe venue, but if you can identify the person in the image, please be sure to obtain permission from the person or process the image so that the person cannot be identified.
●There is a possibility that you may be accidentally reflected in photos and videos taken by others.
●At the exhibitor's booth, please follow the regulations and rules of each company when filming, streaming, etc.
●Posting on malicious SNS, shooting, distributing, posting, etc. that may cause discomfort to exhibitors and visitors are strictly prohibited.
●The Secretariat will not be held responsible for any troubles that may occur during filming, distribution coverage, or trial play at exhibitor booths. Please respond by yourself.
● Filming and distribution while walking is prohibited.
●Please strictly observe the following rules regarding the use of selfie sticks. (Only influencers are allowed to use selfie sticks. Please be sure to wear the “Influencer Badge” clearly.)
・Please use a selfie stick with a length of  less than 50 cm 
・Shooting with the selfie stick above your head is prohibited
●The secretariat and exhibitors may repost or introduce the content posted/distributed.
●We may ask you to leave the venue if you find any nuisance in the venue. In addition, depending on the situation, we may ask you to confirm the content of the photos and videos you have taken. In the unlikely event that it is determined that there is a problem with the content, please cancel the publication and delete the photos and videos.
●Please pay all expenses for attendance, recording, distribution, etc. by yourself.
●Wearing a mask is optional.
●Please refrain from visiting if you are feeling unwell, such as having a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or having cold symptoms.
●Please also read and comply with the rules of the TOKYO GAME SHOW, “Requests and Precautions for TGS Visitors.”
