Kyoto City is again preparing for the Annual Takigi-Noh at Heian Jingu Shrine on June 1-2, 2017. Please enjoy the performance this early summer evening, becoming one with the surrounding environment and nature in the gradually changing light.

June 1 (Thursday), 2017 6:00p.m.-8:50p.m.
(The gate opens at 5:00p.m.)

Noh:KAMO (Kongo School of Noh)

Noh:TAMURA (Kanze School of Noh)

Kyogen:KURAMA MAIRI (Okura School of Kyogen)

Noh:SHARI (Kanze School of Noh)

June 2 (Friday), 2017 6:00p.m.-8:50.p.m.

(The gate opens at 5:00p.m.)

Noh:YUMI YAWATA (Kanze School of Noh)

Noh:NONOMIYA (Kanze School of Noh)

Kyogen:KUJI ZAININ (Okura School of Kyogen)
