Morning Pitch is a platform hosted by Deloitte Japan. This platform helps start-ups form business alliances and partnerships with large corporations, corporate venture capital, and venture capital firms. The event originates from Japan where it has served as a similar platform for over five years, resulting in hundreds of business alliances and tens of M&A’s and IPO’s.

Partnering with WeWork, this will be the second in a series of Morning Pitch events held in India. The platform has been localized to begin in the evening! Our goal is to mobilize Indian and International corporations and investors in India to further accelerate the innovation by fostering business alliances.

The second event will feature 4 of the 10 Indian (40 global) startups that have been selected by the Japanese government to participate under the Global Connections program at CEATEC 2018. 

CEATEC is an annual trade show in Japan is and regarded as the Japanese equivalent of Consumer Electronics Show (CES). It is Japan's largest IT and electronics exhibition, which saw 150,000 people attend the event last year.

Deloitte Japan has supported the Ministry of Economy Trade and Industry (METI) and Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) in inviting over 70 global startups over the last 2 years and setting over 300 meetings with Japanese corporates.
