Discovering Japan: The Best of Japanese Startup Ecosystem is a pitching and networking session featuring 4 Tokyo start-ups under "Brave x India" acceleration program launched by Beyond Next Ventures of Japan to help Japanese companies enter the Indian market. This collaborative event offers an opportunity to learn more about the Japanese startup ecosystem, interact with a Japanese VC and build connections with Japanese start-ups looking to collaborate with the Hyderabad innovation ecosystem.
This event powered by Morning Pitch and Deloitte. Morning Pitch is a platform hosted by Deloitte. This platform helps start-ups form business alliances and partnerships with large corporations, corporate venture capital, and venture capital firms. The event originates from Japan where it has served as a similar platform for over six years, resulting in hundreds of business alliances and tens of M&A’s and IPO’s. Our goal is to mobilize Indian and International corporations and investors in India to further accelerate the innovation by fostering business alliances.

Aillis develops AI-based influenza diagnosis tools. Its technology utilizes image analysis algorithms and deep learning technology which enables high-precision diagnosis of influenza in the early stage.

Amegumi Inc. designs manufacture low-cost smartphone devices with its own OS and pre-installed applications. It develops OS in Japan, builds hardware in China, and conduct sales & data analysis in India. It is has received investments from a venture capital fund and three angel investors. Currently, it is looking for further investors and developers that can provide applications to be pre-installed on smartphones.

Stony develops low priced medical equipment for Anesthesia which is portable by hands and easy to use. Currently, the company has partnerships with Japanese universities and manufacturers and has a partnership with Rcupe Lifesciences in India. It aims to sell products to medical institutions and individual practitioners.
Sagri allows the farmers to practice effective planting in accordance with the soil conditions. It also supports financial institutions in the effective development of loan customers. The company has an Indian subsidiary, "Sagri Bengaluru Private Limited." The launch was supported by the India-Japan startup hub of JETRO Bengaluru.
