ワークショップについてAbout the workshop

バーチャル空間「Hubs」を使った最先端のライブエンタメ制作を体験しませんか？3Dのアバターを身にまとって、世界の研究者・クリエイターといっしょにVTuber風の動画をチームで企画・撮影し、YouTubeで公開します。
※参加には指定の動作環境が必要です。注意事項を確認の上、お申込みください。

Would you like to experience cutting edge live entertainment production using the virtual space "Hubs and while wearing a 3D avatar? You'll be able to make VTuber-style videos with researchers and creators from around the world. The team will plan and film the event and publish it on YouTube.
＊ The designated operating environment is required for participation. Please confirm the important points prior to submitting an application.

ワークショップ中に「Zoom」の操作が必要となることがありますので、参加されるお子さまが「Zoom」の操作に慣れていない場合は保護者の方も同伴をお願いします。 ＊ In principle, children can participate in the workshop by themselves. Participants may have to operate Zoom during the workshop; if the participant is not familiar with the application, we ask that parents or guardians accompany them.

準備物What to Prepare

オンラインワークショップの体験で必要な準備物は下記の通りです。
準備物は事前に各家庭でご用意をお願いします。

・ PC＋ブラウザ（Windows/Mac と Chrome もしくは Firefox）
※スマートフォンやタブレットでの参加はできません

・ ヘッドセット（ヘッドフォン＋ マイク付き）
※ハウリングを防止してワークショップに快適に参加するため ・ 動作確認はhttps://hubs.mozilla.com/にて行えます
　

We have outlined what to prepare for the online workshop below.
We ask that each participating family prepares in advance.

- PC + Browser (Chrome or Firefox, on Windows/Mac)
＊Smartphones only are not recommended for participation.

- Headset (Headphone + Microphone) to isolate speaker and microphone for comfortable workshop experience - Test can be possible at https://hubs.mozilla.com/.

備考Remarks

・
ウェブブラウザで利用できるWebVRシステム「Hubs」を利用します。Hubsの利用方法については、ワークショップ冒頭でZoomにて説明します。
事前にPC環境において、https://hubs.mozilla.com/にて動作環境をご確認いただけると幸いです。
動作確認が取れない場合は、参加をご遠慮ください。
・
最終作品は GREE VR Studio LabのYouTubeチャンネル（j.mp/VRSYT）にて公開されます。アバターとニックネームによる出演ですが、公開を希望されない場合は参加をご遠慮ください。
・
This workshop uses WebVR system "Hubs" which can be used on your web browser. The procedure will be explained at the beginning of the workshop in Zoom. Check your environment in advance on your PC at https://hubs.mozilla.com/.
・
The final work will be available on the GREE VR Studio Lab YouTube channel (j.mp/VRSYT). Published participants performances will be by avatar and nickname, but if you don't wish to make it public, please do not participate. 
If you are unable to confirm your operating environment, please refrain from participating.

実施方法How to Participate

オンラインワークショップではWEB会議システム「Zoom」を使用します。
事前に「Zoom」をインストールしたパソコンまたはタブレットをご用意の上、ご参加をお願いします。
「Zoom」を初めてお使いになる方はこちらのページをご覧ください。

The online workshop will use the online video conferencing system Zoom.
Please install Zoom on your computer or tablet before participating. Please see here if you will be using Zoom for the first time.

下記以外の「注意事項」と「よくあるご質問」はこちらのページをご覧ください。

参加者の皆さまの反応がわかるとワークショップを楽しく進められますので、出来る限りカメラをオンの設定でご参加をお願いします。
・
お子さまのプライバシー保護のため「Zoom」の表示名は本名やフルネームではなく、お名前のみ、もしくはあだ名などへご変更ください。オンラインワークショップ参加中も表示名を変更可能です。
・
ワークショップ中の映像・静止画を記録し、森ビル株式会社が運営する公式サイト、SNS、その他広報媒体等に掲載する可能性がございます。お子さまの映像・静止画の公開を避けたい場合は、Zoomのお名前の先頭に「★」マークをつけてワークショップへご参加ください。（例：★ロッポンギ タロウ）

The workshop will be enjoyable if you understand all the participants' reactions, so please participate with the camera turned on as much as possible.
・
To ensure your child’s privacy, please ensure their Zoom display name is not their full name, but just their first name or nickname. Display names can be changed during the workshop.
・

We record video and still images during the workshop. There is a possibility to be posted on the official website operated by Mori Building Co., Ltd., and by SNS and other public relations media. If you want to avoid exposing your child's images and still images, please add a "★" mark to the beginning of Zoom's name to participate in the workshop. (Example: ★Roppongi Taro)
